If you are utilizing Sharps at home, please make sure you are properly disposing of them and never simply throwing them away in the trash. We know sometimes it can be tough to find places that accept Sharps but did you know all Skilled Nursing Facilities and Hospitals accept Sharps as long as they are in a proper Sharps Container? Safe disposal of sharps is critically important to optimize health, safety and protection of the environment. Please note, these facilities do not offer needle exchange, they are solely a Sharps drop off location.
