Local Services Plan

New York State Mental Hygiene Law requires the direction and administration of a comprehensive local planning process by the Office of Community Services and the Community Services Boards that results in the development of an annual Local Services Plan that is submitted to the NYS Office of Mental Health (OMH), the NYS Office of Addiction Supports and Services (OASAS) and the NYS Office for People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD).
