E-Filing: Pursuant to Administrative Order 192/18 by the Chief Administrative Judge of the Courts, the Honorable Lawrence K. Marks, Warren County Supreme Court is honored to implement e-filing of newly-commenced civil court cases effective May 23, 2018. ERecording: Warren County is excited to offer 21st century technology to the recording of real property documents. Please see our press release or call our office for more information.

Recording and Filing:

Effective April 1 2019, the Warren County Mortgage Tax will be 1 ¼%. All mortgages submitted for recording on or after April 1, 2019 will require the 1 ¼% mortgage tax to be included along with all standard recording fees. Public Records Room: Dedicated area for searching Warren County Recorded and Filed Documents. Includes both computerized indexes with electronic imaging of records as well as original volumes and manual indexes.

Pistol Permit Services: The administrative component for Warren County pistol permit/firearm licensing and amendment services. Office responsibilities are coordinated by Deputy County Clerk Jody Ross working in conjunction with Warren County Sheriff's Office and with licensing official, the Hon. Warren County Judge John Hall Jr.

Records Center and Archives: The official repository for inactive and archival records of Warren County!

Warren County Department of Motor Vehicles: Processes all New York State Department of Motor Vehicle transactions relative to licensing of drivers and registration of motorized vehicles. Important to Note:  Each transaction processed at the Warren County DMV generates 12.7% in revenue for Warren County! Please visit our office!!
