The Warren County Clerk's Office is pleased to offer an e-recording option to our customers - near and far! Since beginning with a "soft opening" on July 28, 2014 Warren County has e-recorded 3,000 documents with a total of $2 million in recording and tax fees!
Our office now has in place agreements with four e-recording service providers, aka electronic couriers/e-delivery agents, who are able to facilitate the e-recording option for our customers.
