The Warren County Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) Office will be closed for a portion of the day on Tuesday, October 28th, 2025 to allow staff to attend the funeral service for former Warren County Clerk Pamela J. Vogel. The Warren County DMV offices will be closed to the public from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Tuesday, October 28th.
Ms. Vogel passed away at the age of 75 on Monday, October 13, 2025. She retired on December 31, 2023 after she dedicated 48 years of service to the residents of Warren County. This temporary closure is a mark of respect for her significant contributions and ensures that current county employees and colleagues have the opportunity to pay their final respects, County Clerk Carrie Black said.
Carrie Black added: “Pamela J. Vogel was an exceptional public servant who led the County Clerk's office with distinction for two decades. Her commitment to the community and her leadership left a profound mark on our staff. We are granting this time for our employees to honor her memory and support her family during this difficult time."
