Warren County Department of Workforce Development is announcing three job fairs will be held in Warren County during October. Business registration is still open for one them, which will focus on healthcare jobs.

The Department of Workforce Development, collaborating with NY State Department of Labor, is co-organizing job fairs in Glens Falls and Queensbury. The last of the events will focus solely on healthcare industry jobs, while the others will have a variety of white collar and blue collar positions for recruitment.

More than a dozen businesses have registered for the first two and registration is closed for them, but healthcare-related businesses can still register for the third event on October 29.

The job fairs will be held:

  • Thursday, October 9, 2025 – National Guard Armory, 65 Stone Quarry Road, Queensbury, 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Thursday, October 16, 2025 – Crandall Public Library, 251 Glen Street, Glens Falls, 9:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.
  • Wednesday, October 29, 2025 – Glens Falls YMCA, 600 Glen Street, Glens Falls, 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. (healthcare jobs exclusively)

A dozen businesses have registered for the October 16 event at Crandall Public Library, including numerous government agencies, local manufacturing, medical providers and more.

There is no charge for businesses or attendees to be part of these job fairs.

“These events are great opportunities for local residents to learn more about their career options, and the staff from Warren County Career Center will be on hand with information about free training and career skills options that are available here in Warren County,” said Liza Ochsendorf, Warren County Director of Workforce Development.

Those who are interested in being a part of the October 29 event can contact Warren County Department of Workforce Development at 518-743-0925, use this link to register or email vachonl@warrencountyny.gov.
