The Warren County Board of Supervisors American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Advisory Committee met on May 31, and recommended additional uses of Warren County's $12.4 million in stimulus funding. $30,000 was recommended to fund a counselor for the Warren County Summer Youth Employment Program for 2022, which was approved June 2 by the full Warren County Board of Supervisors.

In addition, the ARPA Advisory Committee endorsed using funds to pay for ARPA record-keeping and administrative tasks through Warren County Planning & Community Development. The Board of Supervisors approved that on June 2 as well.

The next ARPA Advisory Committee has been scheduled for Tuesday, June 14, starting at 3 p.m. at Warren County Municipal Center. This meeting is open to the public, and will be livestreamed here on YouTube. For additional background and updates, go to warrencountyny.gov/arpa.
