Thank you to the 230 Warren County residents who came out Saturday to safely dispose of their household hazardous waste at our "drop off" event at Queensbury Highway Department! This was 63 more than the number of those who came out for the annual event in Queensbury last summer. They dropped off unused cleaning solutions, solvents and other chemicals for proper disposal to protect our environment.
And for those who didn't make it to this year's collection, Warren County Department of Public Works is planning two for next year, one in the northern part of the county and another in Queensbury. Stay tuned for details!
