Warren County Department of Public Works Superintendent Kevin Hajos has announced his department's 2023 schedule of road paving and construction projects, which will include at least 12 projects across the county.
Among them are reconstructions of two major roads, Olmstedville Road (County Route 19) in the town of Chester and Quaker Road (County routes 47/70) in the town of Queensbury. Work began on both projects this month.
Also on the list are:
- Bay Road (CR 7), Corinth Road (CR28) and Country Club (CR 66) roads, Queensbury
- Horicon Avenue (CR 11) and Coolidge Hill Road (CR 49), Bolton
- Glen Athol (CR 13) and Valley roads (CR36), Thurman
- Golf Course Road (CR 40), Warrensburg
- Diamond Point Road (CR 35), Lake George
- Palisades Road (CR 26), Horicon
