Residential Treatment Facilities
Residential Treatment Facilities provide an extended level of residential care for children and adolescents with serious emotional disturbance between the ages of five and 21 years of age. Referrals are triaged through the Single Point of Entry for Warren and Washington Counties and the Pre-Admission Certification Committee for the Hudson River Region.
