2010 Construction Schedule for Warren County Projects

Location: Town of Queensbury/City of Glens Falls, County Route 28 (Corinth Road/Main Street/Broad Street)
Description: Reconstruction of County Route 28
Restrictions: Construction of County Route 28 has started. For the next couple of months the contractor, Rifenburg Construction, will be installing waterlines, sanitary sewer lines, and underground utilities. There will be minimum lane restrictions during this portion of the construction project

Location: Town of Warrensburg, County Route 14 Milton Street
Description: Replacement of the Woolen Mill (Milton Street) Bridge.
Restrictions: Construction of the Woolen Mill Bridge will begin in the later part of March 2010. Tioga Construction, the contractor will replace the existing bridge. New York State Route 418 will be reduced to a single lane with alternating one-way traffic, with traffic signals.

Location: Town of Stony Creek, County Route 3 Warrensburg Road Bridge.
Description: Replacement of the Warrensburg Road/Tannery Road Bridge.
Restrictions: Construction of the Warrensburg Road Bridge will begin in the early part of April 2010. Arch Bridge Contracting, the contractor will replace the existing bridge. A temporary bridge will be put in place by the contractor. This will allow the contractor to replace the existing bridge while providing minimum disruption to traffic.
